We want you to love your Afterlight purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must not be washed or worn
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded.
Please include photos or videos of the issue when contacting us.
Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect item selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending any items back.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your request has been reviewed.
Return shipping will not be required if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
• Import duties and customs fees are non-refundable

Returns must include a valid tracking number to ensure the refund process can be completed.
