Where do you ship?

We currently ship to selected international destinations, including:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • Australia and New Zealand

  • Selected European countries, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Switzerland.

Shipping availability may vary by location. Some destinations may be unavailable due to logistics restrictions.

How much is shipping?

A little extra on us when you order $50 or more.

  • Orders $50 and over: Free shipping

  • Orders under $50: $4.99 shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order subtotal and displayed at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We take care of the details before your order makes its way to you.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process.

Some products may require up to 7 additional business days, depending on the item and fulfillment requirements.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • United States: 10–16 business days

  • Other supported countries: 10–20 business days

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, local carriers, holidays, or unexpected logistics delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information.

You can follow your package at 17TRACK.

What if my order says delivered, but I haven't received it?

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they arrive.

Please check around your delivery location and with your local carrier first.

If you still can't locate your package, contact us at support@afterlightritual.com, and we'll help you look into it.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

Any charges not collected at checkout are generally the customer's responsibility.

For EU customers, VAT treatment may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Any applicable prepaid taxes will be reflected in the shipping or checkout arrangements.
